About the event

Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient Chinese practices designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages and abilities. Practices calm the mind, reduce stress, and help to heal the body.

Classes include:

  • Gentle movements (e.g. reaching, stretching)
  • Self-applied massage (e.g. hand massage)
  • Breathing exercises
  • Meditation

Loose/comfortable clothing recommended. No mat or equipment required. Practices may be done either seated or standing.
