All-Levels Flow Yoga
A flow style class to promote self-care, relaxation and decreased stress. Inclusive to all body types and levels of experience. Expect to link breath to movement as we flow through a 1-hour sequence, beginning with meditation and gentle movements, and progressing towards more energetic postures.
