About The Event
A 6 week program lead by Chelsie Lang, a Certified Child Life Specialist at the UVM Medical Center, for children ages 9-12 yrs who have a loved one in active cancer treatment. Your children will:
•participate in hands-on activities to give a better understanding of cancer and its treatments
•learn how to cope and express emotions positively thru interactive games
•connect with children with shared experiences while enjoying pizza and snacks
